Hello my name is Jude Cook. I design and make wedding, birthday and themed occasions cakes for wonderful families across Kent.
I fell into cake making completely by accident after creating a bespoke cake for my father in law’s 80th Birthday and from there my passion for cake has really developed. Baking for friends and family quickly grew into a business. Now I supply custom made cakes to accompany any special occasion.

She absolutely nailed the brief and delivered the cake to our party venue. All the guests (and the staff at the venue) were extremely impressed with the stunning and delicious cake. Jude modelled our 3 dogs to add a personalised touch and they were just superb. The cost was very reasonable considering the amount of work that had clearly been invested. I would highly recommend Cook’s Cakes without any hesitation.

This was to make a lovely countryside inspired themed birthday cake, complete with farm animals. I was sent a photo of the finished cake prior to delivery. Delivery was at the agreed time. Cake looked and tasted amazing. Very happy customer and happy to recommend!

Tom Stephenson2023-09-25I ordered a birthday cake from Cooks Cakes at the last minute with a very specific brief. It need pizzazz and pizzazz it had. The sponge was superb, the fondant was fancy and the decoration was decedent! Towering at a massive 1 foot high and one foot in diameter it could feed Jesus and his 12 disciples and probably tasted much better than whatever bread and wine concoction he conjured up. I'm convinced the Roman Empire was in search of this sponge recipe when they conquered England & Ghengis Khan probably wouldn't have pillaged half the world if he had a taste of the fondant. 10/10 would recommend
